How long are your classes?
Most of our classes run for a fun filled 60 minutes although we do offer slightly shorter sessions at lunch time for those motivated to fit in a workout during their workday! This includes warm-up, work-out, cool-down, and stretch.
Do I have to pre book my place in a class?
No, you can use the schedule on website to see which classes are running and simply turn up to the specified location and time to meet the jumpstart crew there, no need to book ahead of time.
What if the weather is bad?
We work out in sunshine, rain, even snow! As long as the roads are safe and the location is accessible, we make sure to put you through your paces. If we do need to cancel a class we will be sure to let you know as far in advance as possible – check the website on scary days.
Proper wet weather wear and layering are the keys to staying dry, and once you get moving you won’t be cold for long, we do also take into consideration covered areas we can use for very wet days!
What do I bring?
All you need to bring is comfortable clothes, a water bottle, a mat if you prefer and a ready to go attitude! all other equipment and plans will be supplied.
How long are 10/20 session passes good for?
our passes are valid for 1 year from purchase. if you have a situation however that Limits you being able to utilise your pass withing the year on purchase, please reach out and let us know, we are flexible and can accommodate extensions.
What if i have NEVER attended a group fitness class before?
DONT worry!! our instructors are very accommodating and the Jumpstart community have a judgment free and very supportive vibe. our instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced in adapting and accommodating for ANY fitness level or ability. We would suggest building your base cardio fitness via our ‘Jumpstart your Body’ before you try a Jumpstart your Cardio class and also try to include different fitness dynamics including our ‘Jumpstart your inner yogi’ and ‘Jumpstart your strength’ to build a good base of all round fitness if possible. Jumpstart your Zumba is also fun manageable class to start with that you can just enjoy the music and very much take at your own pace.
