Come join us at Bowen Park Amphitheatre ( or Maffeo Sutton Pavillion on days we may need more shelter) for Fitness Yoga class with Elly Smith from May 18th Onwards on a weekly basis at 10am – your first one is FREE to try so nothing to lose!
All levels are welcome and as we embrace our time on the mat with kindness. Maybe you are brand new to yoga or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice, recovering from an injury or wanting to turn up the fire within… these classes will develop your strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind.
Introduce your body to a new routine, it’s time to breathe again!
Classes are a blend of Kundalini and Hatha flow. Kundalini to strengthen your immune system, calm the nerves, detoxify your organs, and move the energy throughout your entire body as you
feel more alive and Hatha flow to enjoy the bliss of stretching, balancing, and toning of muscles.

I had a great time at the recent VIU Careers Expo on 1st April this year and feel i met so many great people – 22 of you were game to sign up to join us for a free trial class in our beautiful outdoors as i cant wait to have you all in class with us!

On 25th February 2023 I will have a table at the Health and Wellness Expo at Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo.
1st April I will be at VIU Careers expo 12 – 2pm
27th MAY Come visit me 10 – 2pm and say hello at Active for life Expo at Maffeo Sutton park – Fun, special promos and Demo classes for ALL the family!

Thankyou SO much for joining me in our Christmas bowling gathering this year ! I had a lot of fun and hope you did too! Also I hope you enjoy your special Christmas gift this year made by Coda. He certainly enjoyed making them and we look forward to seeing them driving around the town. 🙂
